Per una settimana a cavallo tra giugno e luglio 2026 il Dipartimento di Studi Umanistici ospiterà un ciclo di seminari che rappresentano la seconda parte della winter/summer school Link Link identifier #identifier__15808-1Food Systems, Law and Policy organizzata dall’Università di Anversa in collaborazione con il Dipartimento di Studi Umanistici del nostro Ateneo.
Le attività mirano ad approfondire gli apparati legali, le politiche, le narrazioni, il coordinamento e la misurazione della governance globale del sistema alimentare e la loro diretta connessione con i programmi e le attività delle agenzie ONU basate a Roma, attraverso una prospettiva olistica e approfondendo la conoscenza della legislazione alimentare, delle politiche e dei loro legami con la sostenibilità, i diritti umani e l’esperienza delle persone.
Il programma della settimana di seminari verrà reso noto nel corso dei primi mesi del 2026
Per ottenere 3 CFU, i partecipanti devono frequentare le sessioni in programma e scrivere un saggio finale (massimo 1500 parole) sugli argomenti discussi durante i seminari e gli incontri.
Le lezioni e le attività saranno in lingua inglese.

This series of seminars and meetings is the second part of the Link identifier #identifier__162781-4Food Systems, Law, and Policy summer/winter school, organized by the University of Antwerp in collaboration with Roma Tre’s Department of Humanities. It will take place in a week between the end of June and the beginning of July 2026.
The activities aim to highlight the laws, policies, narratives, coordination, and measurement of the global governance of the food system in direct connection with the programs and activities of the Rome UN-based agencies, by developing a holistic perspective, and deepening knowledge about food law, policy, and their links with sustainability, human rights and people’s agency.
The detailed program of the seminar week in will be announced in the first months of 2026.
To be credited 3 CFU, participants must attend every session and write a final essay (1500 words maximum) on topics discussed during the classes and the activities.
Due to the limited availability of 5 further enrollments, students interested in participating in the seminar series should send an email to mario.deprospo@uniroma3.it by 1 May 2026, enclosing a one-paragraph motivation letter with their application.
