| CLASSICS. Codices Latini Antiquiores’ Supplements: Scripts In-depth through Computer Sciences intende proporsi come aggiornato e innovativo studio paleografico e bibliologico dei manoscritti latini antichi, tardoantichi e altomedievali.
Il ‘core-corpus’ di CLASSICS sarà costituito da un nuovo e aggiornato volume (o volumi) di CLA. 30 anni dopo l’ultimo Addendum, CLASSICS avvierà un processo di classificazione e riconoscimento delle scritture antiche, tardoantiche e altomedievali basato su tecniche di intelligenza artificiale, grazie alle quali sarà anche possibile osservare su larga scala fenomeni evolutivi non solo di natura squisitamente grafica, ma anche diacritica e bibliologica. |
CLASSICS. Codices Latini Antiquiores’ Supplements: Scripts In-depth through Computer Sciences intends to be an up-to-date and innovative palaeographical and bibliological study of ancient, late antique and early medieval Latin manuscripts.
The ‘core-corpus’ of CLASSICS will consist of a new and updated issue of CLA (in one or more volumes); 30 years after the last Addendum, CLASSICS will initiate a process of classification and recognition of ancient, late antique and early medieval writings based on artificial intelligence techniques, thanks to which it will also be possible to observe on a large scale evolutionary phenomena not only of an exquisitely graphic nature, but also diacritical and bibliological. |
