The course addresses the design of urban spaces by examining their interaction with the built environment and environmental factors, as well as their compatibility and incompatibility at various scales, with the aim of identifying innovative technological solutions that meet user needs, enhance the value of these spaces, and pursue environmental sustainability goals. Performance-based methodologies, parameters, indicators, and evaluation criteria guide the various stages of the process.
