The aim of the course is to provide students with the fundamental knowledge needed to understand cultural phenomena and religious cultures within the complexities of the contemporary world, with a particular focus on methods for integrating theory with empirical research.
By the end of the course, students will:
- have become familiar with the basic concepts of the sociology of cultural processes and with sociological theories.
- be able to critically discuss the various models.
